What time can we arrive for the event?
Starting Friday during gate times. Gates will be closed this year and there will be no access. This is due to people coming in and skipping the gate.

Are pets allowed?
Yes

Can we bring a bicycle or quad?
Mountain bikes, quads, golf carts. Quad use requires a helmet and must meet minor age limit as stated by manufacture. The idea here is to use these vehicles to get from point A to point B.  

Is there a curfew?
For two years in a row we have had keys stolen from the equipment in the pits, so therefore no one in the pits after hours. Minors have become a real problem, the quickest way to get booted from the event is to have your kid out tearing things up during the night.

What time will the gate be closed?
Most likely by 11 pm. VCHSS officials will be able to open it in an emergency.

Will you have food at this event?
Concessions will be available Saturday and Sunday.

Do you have a quiet area for camping?
Not really, but we are gonna crack down on noisy cheap generators!! We have a sound meter.

Do you charge for camping?
Yes camping is $5.00 per unit.

Do you have a warm-up area for the bikes?
5 mins prior to your event, but only if the course isn't active, you will be allowed to warm-up on the infield track. However, do not warm up on the stock car track! We do not need 50 bikes buzzing around uncontrolled on the 1/2 mile track, you will get to do this during your race.
